He founded and raised finance for two Internet companies and later made a successful exit. He has designed and managed a number of successful Internet research and marketing campaigns including Government Ministries, Telecommunications Operators and High and Low Tech businesses.

Joel has been involved in formulating strategies and completing business planning with numerous companies for almost 10 years. This process generally resulted in documents such as business plans, presentations and financial forecasts that are considered to be of an international standard.

Joel formerly owned internationally trading businesses. He has been published and quoted in professional magazines and been called on to speak at professional conferences.
